We are re-organising our Patient Group and urgently looking to recruit more members. The aim of the group is to provide patients with the opportunity to be involved in discussions about the range and quality of services provided. We wish the group to be a true representation of our patients to include:
- Ethnic Minorities
- The Retired Commuters
- The Elderly
- Single Parents
- Younger Patients (under 18)
- Disabled or Carers
- Families of patients in nursing homes
The Group will meet 2-3 times per year but may also communicate electronically (please don’t let this put you off volunteering if you do not have access to the internet.) If you are a patient of the practice either at Southlea Surgery or Aldershot Centre for Health please contact the Business Manager, or ask our receptionist for details.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
