Repeat Prescriptions

Please return the computer printout when you require prescriptions, with two working days’ notice. (We also have order forms available at reception if you have mislaid your request form.) You could also send this by fax on 01252 335410 marked with the details for collection e.g. Aldershot Centre for Health, Boots etc

Prescriptions can then be collected from reception, posted to you on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope (allowing at least 1 week) or some patients use the local pharmacies' own services to order (and deliver if arranged with the pharmacy) their prescriptions on a regular basis. For further information please speak to your local Pharmacist.

Telephone requests are not accepted as this can lead to errors (for example, in dosages and/or quantity).

You can also order repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. Please see reception to register to use the online booking system.

Medication Reviews

If you are on repeat medication, you should always have an annual review with a clinician this could be your usual GP, our attached Pharmacist, or the Nurse practitioner. With continuing advances in medicine, it is essential that your medication needs and a health check is carried out regularly to ensure you are on the most appropriate and effective treatment(s). Please watch your review date, which can be found at the bottom of your repeat prescription slip and book your appointment within that month. If you go overdue, our system will alert us and you will receive reminders.
